AR FOR AVIATION

Air New Zealand's AR Assistant is beta-testing the use of HoloLens for flight attendants. The HoloLens headset helps identify passengers' needs and also displays detailed information: flight details, time since last service and even emotional state.

GMF AeroAsia's AR Assistant for aircraft maintenance. Remote collaboration allows for effective resolution of maintenance issues as well as training and maximum adaptation of inexperienced technicians to the work process. Through the use of AR - the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance process is increased.

The TAE AR Assistant, which is a real-time audio-visual system consisting of an operator's headset and a station from which an expert provides instructions for specific tasks. This technology helps in the repair and maintenance of gas turbine engines.

Airbus AR Assistant, which provides helicopter pilots with the cues they need to fly safely at night and in degraded visual environments.

The Museum of Flight AR exhibit takes visitors on a tour of a historic NASA aircraft and shows a full-scale virtual model of the interior of the first 737 jet, which was originally used as a Boeing flight test aircraft and was given to the NASA Research Center in 1974.

AR navigation for American Airlines. Airports can be big, crowded with people rushing to catch their flights, and it's not always easy to navigate. The solution allows augmented reality to create a route to the right place, and on the way to show the user information about cafes, stores, and other places.
